I was wondering what people's OBS settings are for Twitch. Every time I try to stream any games, especially H1, the stream is really really laggy. My internet is really good (50 down, 45 up) and my pc is i5-6500, GTX 1070, 16 RAM so I think it can handle it.

Any tips on some settings for this setup? Really need some help

These are my settings, my viewers never have problems with quality or stream connectivity. Also, play around with your own settings as well, sometimes you may find better results that works for you and your viewers.
