But, I only take it when I'm feeling too tired before the gym or on the days when I don't want to go.

My favorite pre-workout is Stim by Black market. I have very high tolerances for caffeine and the stuff that gives you the tingly feeling and pump which I usually switch supplements after one container. I'm on my 2nd container and it's still working def recommend a try!!

When I travel down to Las Vegas I got a in house brand pre workout that was pretty intense. I forgot the store and what it was called

Now I use C4 and the Black Series from MusclePharm. I am interested in trying the C4 Ultimate though since I have never heard of it before!

I think it might have something do with me living in Canada. I have never seen it before or heard of it so there might be some restrictions in being able to carry/sell it in Canada just like other supplements I have tried to find!

That is my point right there. GNC in Canada couldn't carry Muscle Pharms black series because it didn't meet certain criteria.

Of course I could buy supplements online, but what I was saying is I couldn't buy some in local stores. Amazon and Ebay are both websites that get products from all over the world and distribute the products to people like me who can't get them.

Since then (a year or two ago) there have been supplements like the Black Series that has been accepted into Canada that now meet the criteria to be sold here in local stores.
