Hello, well i am building a pc and i would like some feedback on what i could improve on or things that support the same things but is cheaper if that is alright the parts are
RAM - Corsair CMK16GX4M2B3000C15 Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4 3000 MHz CL15 XMP 2.0 High Performance Desktop Memory Kit - Black 121 pounds although i am waiting for the price to drop
CPU - I5 7600K 3.8GHZ QUADCORE 218 POUNDS
GRAPHICS CARD - A 1060 6GB FOR ABOUT 250 POUNDS NOT SURE WHICH 1060 YET OR LIKE I SAID PLEASE COMMENT WHAT WOULD BE BETTER AND EVEN CHEAPER OR IF A LITTLE MORE BUT LOT BETTER PLEASE SAY ASWELL
MOTHERBOARD - H11OM DDR4 MICRO ATX
THE REST OF THE PARTS I HAVE ALREADY GOT

Don't expect RAM pricing to drop anytime soon, and when it does, it won't just happen over night, it will happen gradually.
The motherboard and CPU you have chosen make less than zero sense together. RX 480/580 would make more sense than a GTX 1060.
We don't know the rest of the components you have so there isn't much we can suggest, or do to help. We also don't know your budget or what you intend to use your system for. Would also be useful if we knew what monitor you were using.

Well the parts i have right now is the case which is a medium size case its the NZXT 340 Razer edition Micro ATX and i have a psu 750W Corsair and my budget on the cpu is about 200 to 250 and for the graphics card about 200 to 300

What specific Corsair PSU? Most of the budget Corsair units are piss poor quality so if you can send it back, you most likely should.
What is your budget for everything you need? Not for individual components.
What storage are you using? Forgot to ask this.
