So I was at the home screen on cod and my controller disconnected then the led lights flashed furiously red and white then I got into a game and now my player moves very slowly when I walk forward and right and slightly left but walking backwards is at a normal speed I was hoping someone here could help ?

Did you try turning the console and controller off and back on again? (#1 tech support suggestion)
