Does anybody know where I can find an item similar to this? But a lot smaller. Maybe so there isn't even in wires at all. And also both female ends. If not then I should just be able to buy an adaptor but I would prefer if they were both female ends.

No switch on it That's the whole reason im wanting to get one.
Maybe one of these 2?

Both of these are too big Just need one that connects 1 either side to join them together with a switch.
