could i possibly get another xbox and transfer all the cables and stuff to another xbox????

You should of brought it from a trusted seller, or did you? I don't think you can transfer all the files to another Xbox, because you need a custom motherboard I think

Won't be able to do that, issue is the internal components - can't just swap them over.
