if he sent as a gift, he can't charge back, otherwise if you can show proof that you gave him a service, you can dispute it with messages sent between eachother, because if he sent you money under notes you should of told him, "buying mods/etc from *your name* from website, TTG under name *ttg name here*" for future services.

you can charge back even if its sent as a gift someone i thought who was a friend sent me money to buy my intel i7 cpu who then chargedback the money and i had to deal with the whole oh it was a gift thing i still had to give the money back to the person paypal isnt a safe place for money but yeah pretty much paypal told me to fk off

Recently? because i just had a dispute where i went through multiple people from paypal saying since it was sent as a gift they can't refund it.
