Every lock screen I have used turns out like shit. All I want is a nice CRISP picture of a jdm car but the picture always looks a bit blurry and not clear....

Look through the app(play* jesus i was thinking about apple for a minute) store, for a custom wallpaper setter. There is one or two that overrides the stock setting which blurs it like this.

It is how android naturally is most cases, in some older phones and even newer ones it has to squeeze it into a phones form factor with the occurring zoom that you can't avoid. That is why i said his best bet would be to use an app.

Didn't think about saying get a higher res image.
