I am looking to build a new PC from my old PC I have a few parts, I have DDR3 Ram, I have a GTX 960 and a hardrive. My budget for the rest of the PC is around $350. IF someone can help me out that would be great. I already have a monitor keyboard and mouse.

You could do this;
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ] / [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
CPU: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($166.55 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($69.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($55.99 @ Newegg)
Case: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($20.99 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($44.90 @ Newegg)
Total: $358.42
which would be favourable if you're doing editing, rendering, just any CPU heavy tasks. Cheap shit case though, and the motherboard isn't great either.
Or, you could get this;
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ] / [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
CPU: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($59.48 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($69.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($55.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($50.88 @ OutletPC)
Case: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($59.99 @ NCIX US)
Power Supply: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($49.99 @ Amazon)
Total: $346.32
It will perform either on par, or slightly better in games but you get an SSD with this, a significantly better case, and a semi-modular PSU.
