I had 7 suspensions till they permananet banned me.

4 communications bans
1 cheating/hacking ban
2 abuse and harrasment bans

Most of which happened within 6 months due to false reports etc because i didnt even have an xbox at the time. Also reports, etc can go as far back as 1 year and you still get banned for it later.

Rules have changed over the years, way more strict now just avoid going into hacked lobbies on your main account.

Technically you should be fine, but meh we never really know check their enforcement page on xbox.com for all of the details.

Yeah just sucks i really dont want a new acc, i got some 3 letter GTs lying around but my original acc is from like 2009-10 and one of the bans was just for being in a modded s&d lobby which sucks. Dont wanna invest money if i lose that acc tbh

Communication bans are nothing, they're just Microsoft being a pain in the ass.

3 Serious Bans = Console, that is true.

3 Bans for Cheating is a console.
Fraud = instant ban
There's many of things, I'm not exactly wrong.


You can have 10 bans.. all that happens with Communications is they double the time every time.

Can xbox ones get console banned? say for example my other 2 bans are from 360. I dont wanna risk playing BO2 on backwards compatible and getting in a modded lobby and they console ban me.

Same. I had 5 years on mine. i didnt give a crap about the stuff on the account just more sadden about the fact i had invested 5 years into one account. Also getting into modded lobbies on old cods wont affect you unless you are the one with the mod menus, etc. Just playing in the lobbies is fine unless its still a "relevant game" like bo3 on the 360 (lmao)

Can't really confirm that buddy, but xbox one consoles have been banned in the past it is possible, all I recommend is you be careful, if you get into a modded lobby and are punished for it then you can easily contact support.

Personally i have an RGH and I mod 24/7 on BO2 and I've never even been banned on a profile.

I doubt you just being in a lobby will hurt you.

Plus their old bans so might have a different effect now.
