I want to keep this in the 600 USD range.
I don't really want it to overclock!
I do need a monitor, it can be any kind
I also need peripherals and it can also be any kind.
The aesthetics don't really matter to me!
I would prefer to have a windows computer I dont really like mac, and i havent really used any other type.
This computer will most likely be used to play Minecraft, and other games like Garrys Mod!

I highly suggest getting this build, and buying a GTX 1050 ti.

This will be your BEST purchase... Get the one that's $399 you don't need a 7th gen processor.
Watch some videos and learn to install the 1050 ti

If you want to go even cheaper, then go AMD for your GPU.

That's not correct. Ever seen or heard of Acer Predator?

On a side note however, the games you're looking to run do not require a gaming setup to run smoothly.

Garrys mod runs on some cheap laptops/desktops with iGPUs.

I'm suggesting the Acer because the pre built specs are more than enough for minecraft and garrys mod as long as you buy the GTX 1050ti or the rx460 GPU.

Trust me, I work as a Product Adviser in the Microsoft Store and selling computers/components is my job. This is your best bet with modern hardware.
