so here is what we've done, we've burned the disc on, followed this tutorial to the dot [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] did it without menus and just gametypes folders, also with menus, or without gametype folders and just jiggy, deleted it reintalled, even went out to buy a new one and reinstalled all of it, cleared system cache a bunch, tried a bunch of launch ini plugins with the basics of xbdm as 1 server as 2, and even took out server at times, used jrpc2 as the 5th plugin and regular jrpc as plugin 5 switching it, in pics this is what we tested the launch ini to be

and yes the server is perfectly fine.
made sure all correct xex's were in, dlc nuketown IS installed, we've tried a bo2 bypass and without it no difference with either. PLEASE DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THE FIX IS, again it freezes on the start of bo2 (fatal crash) and/or being put in the screen of local play where it says "start game"
