I'm 6'3 and 182 lbs what is my actual shirt size?
I mostly pick M's because the retail workers told me to take those but after washing them several times they do get pretty thight, or is it just bad quality (H&M and sometimes Nike or Adidas).

If a lot of your height is from your waist to shoulder you might want to consider getting an extra long shirt. I'm 300lbs and 6'1" and I wear 2XLT. I believe the T stands for tall? I might be wrong. Just a suggestion though.
