PC Specs: ASRock b250, i5 7500 3.4ghz, 16gb RAM, GTX 1070
Budget/currency: $400-500 USD
I'm looking for a good monitor that I can get the most out of the 1070. If you can find one under $400 even better:)

You have a couple of options.
You could go 4k;

or, 3440x1440 ultrawide;

or, go 1440p;

The QNIX monitor is 60Hz, but you should be able to overclock it fairly well and you could save a good bit of money with the QX2710 over any of the other options.
