So I've tried to play online with a new account on Xbox one it has gold but the game is bought on my main and I can't play on the other it keeps saying The Current Profile is Not Allowed To Play Xbox Live
But it works on my bo1 but that's a disk

Kinda sounds like some sort of family setting. Don't believe family settings apply to disc.

Disk or not it shouldn't be an issue, try clearing your mac settings under network, that seems to fix rather interesting issues.
