Hey
i currently weigh 12 stone 6 but need to bulk up abit as im quite skinny!
i have recently started drinking some protein drink after gym which has 24g protein in and 8.9g of carbs called grenade carb killer they are delicious must i add!
i need help as to anything i can have to help me get bigger?
also im a very fussy eater
im looking to maybe be about 13 stone maybe more but with muscle mass not the skinny flab i have right now lol!
If you could link to products that would be brilliant

P.S only recently started gym i go roughly 3-4 times a week.

Taste so good u can pick any flavour , chocolate , cookies and cream etc

If your looking for muscle mass, eat more carbs,and take in alot of protien a day. And also start taking casein for a bed time protien. Also remember keep your rep ranges 6 to 12 reps for muscle size. Trust me you will gain size in a couple weeks because your a beginner and you are still experiencing the amazing noob gains. And dont overtrain to your only a beginner you dont need to be doing all the sculpting routines that bodybuilders do. As all beginners should hop on bodybuilding.com and look at a beginner routines for start.

This is going to sound stupid but I stopped gaining weight after gaining around 50 pounds I plateaued for about 2 months , it was frustrating so what I did was added in cardio 3 times a week and upped my carbs by about 30-40. I only burned 150 calories each time on the treadmill. I came back a month later to check my weight and had gained 1kg. Weird isn't it lol. You just have to experiment.
