Reset Internet Provider
Check the ports xbox runs on, open those ports on your internet.
turn internet off for 15 minutes.
If xbox one, clear mac address data, ( under network )

For Playstation (PS4/PS3)

1. The first thing youll need to do is to find out how to connect to your router, this address is normally something like 192.168.1.1, or 192.168.1.254. Once you type that into your web browser, you will have to put in your administrator login and password and get into the router. This information should be either on the bottom of the router itself, or in the manual that came with the router.

2. Enable UPnP function on your router.
There are two ways to do this now. Either set a static IP address for you console, and assign it to the DMZ (demilitarized zone, not recommended), or open up some ports and assign it to the console. The rest of this guide will advise you which ports need opening up. DO NOT SET DMZ FOR THE ENTIRE ROUTER AS THIS IS EXTREMELY INSECURE.

3. The way you forward ports will vary from router to router, but you should be able to find a guide on Google for your specific router.
You need to open up the following ports in both directions TCP & UDP:
80
443
465
983
3478-3480
3658
5223
6000-7000
9293
10070-10080

4. These are all ports that you need to open for Sonys first party systems (such as voice chat, PSN, remote play etc.) and games, and should, once rebooting your console, allow you to have NAT Type 2, which is what youre looking for.

5. Other games will have additional ports that need to be forwarded, but these are based on each game. The developers will probably post details whenever a game is released on their community forums.

Have you restart your router ? If not do it.

Also try do delete your Cache.
Browser -> Triangle -> Tools -> Clear Cache.

Set your CONSOLE IP ONLY in DMZ don't worry DMZ on Xbox is fine because it cannot get hacked in that type of way. Unplug your console plug it back in and hold the power button for 30 seconds it will reset the NIC card and clear your cache (xbox one).
Go to speedtest.net and test your connection you should have at least 10 down and 5 up and at least 75 ms ping ifs it don't meet those requirements then maybe you should upgrade your internet plan if that's an option.
Use hard wired only using wireless can cause latency and connection issues, wireless sucks. Use a CAT 6 or 7 Ethernet cable.
Make sure that you are not downloading anything because that can cause your network to slow down greatly if you do download alot then you should enable QOS on your router it will allocate your network speed accordingly.

I just go on MW2 - because MW2 has the NAT Type is always on Open so I go on that game for a while then it opens my NAT Type to Open normally but not all the time. If not reset your internet router for 30 seconds. If not open your ports.

You have to get in to your router settings
by type 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 in google chrome
username: admin
password: admin
if it isn't admin someone have changed the username and pw
i also think you can find the username and pw on your router

find DMZ Server type you ps3 ip in there 192.168.something.shomething
