I accidentally brought the wrong power supply for my RGH trinity, it was suppose to be a 120w and I put a 135w in it and now it won't turn on? is that bad or should a 120w work still in it? and power on

As an electrician any household circuit is a 120/240 volt and receptacles are usually hooked up with up to 6 receptacles at once on a 15 apm circuit only thing that uses the 240v in the house would be your washer/dryer plug everything else literally can not pull more than 120v.

only thing that would be able to pull that much is a 2 phase socket ac or water heater which is considered a 2phase circuit (Black/Red) usually and its called that because there is two 120v circuits running one appliance. hope i helped you
