CAM nzxt software issue

hey folks
just want to know if anyone on here has had or having the same issue as me with NZXT'S CAM software
this is my issue : [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
My PC stats [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
How ever in speccy my ram says Unknown so could this be a Ram problem if so how do i sort this ? i must add it all worked a few weeks ago
The RAM i use is Corsair Vengence LED DDR4 16GB (2x8) @ 3000MHz

Not sure what is up with cam, nor can I help you fix it but I may have a solution to speccy not showing your ram.
I read that someone fixed their issue by resitting their ram into slots 1 and 3 on their mobo and it fixed the issue.

CAM has always been buggy, if you really needed something to monitor just get HWmonitor or said monitor for said hardware.
