Can anyone verify if this works or not? Ive heard people say it crashes.

The tool works like a charm I deranked my friend for fun lol he was master prestige and I don't know his email or password so I just knew his gamertag and I put his stats back to level 1 haha. What I found out about the tool is that I don't think it will let u mess with the persons stats if there online on bo2 I was trying with someone else I spoofed there gamertag and XUID while he was on the bo2 but it kept on kicking me out except for the people that weren't online so I think they can't be on bo2 or online for it to work.

do you do what the read me in the tool says than go to bo2, and use a recovery tool to change their stats? or is it all in tool. i have yet to be able to test.

You have to use another tool to do the stats, he did not add local stats to his tool.
