You need to write the new nand. Run flash360 and click write nand. Write nand without kv config then it'll be like start to continue. Press start. Then it'll say Click A. Click A. Wait for it to finish. Once done it'll tell you to reboot if it doesn't then keep pressing back button until you get to main screen of flash360. It'll say press back to reboot. Click that. Once it shuts off unplug power brick for 10-15 sec. turn on then it'll have you set up your console

The original hdd that came with the jtag when i brought it is a 250GB

I go to system>storage>HDD
And it says i have 3.8GB free

But games and apps have 5.8gb
Profiles 4mb
then the other in kb

So wheres the other 220+GB Gone?

In the xex menu. The games in there won't show in the normal hdd system settings
