Have TX Fusion on your RGH, have both pc and rgh on same network, open xbox command prompt, type in xbmovie /X:444 /F:555 yourvid.wmv and replace x with your rgh ip, f with the quality you want to record at. Replace yourvid.wmv with whatever name you want .wmv and hit enter. Hit enter again to stop recording.
