According to ZZ9 directly, there was nothing in the xex to do damage to your console:

As for the tool, it's just a basic xuid spoofer so if that is the issue, use another one

I downloaded the tool and im sorta scared now lol i downloaded it off of the S7 link with the same file name as what you added to the virustotal and when i upgraded to windows earlier yesterday windows defender told me i had a Backdoor:Win32 file on my pc, so i removed the file.

I know him better than anyone he might think he saw something "he's a little nuts" but he wouldn't just make up something I was in the game with him when this apparently happened and he instantly dashlaunched and deleted it not knowing what it was

i just did a reinstall of windows earlier on a fresh pc, downloaded the files for that spoofer and they showed. Rats sometimes wont show up in antivirus or any scanning program. But if you dont beileve me, your chance.
