been researching on it and i think im going to try an intel cpu this time

Looks good, both PC's are equally as good.

You may want to look at that motherboard choice. You have an unlocked CPU with a motherboard which can't utlise the CPU's unlocked'ness. Basically, your spending more on a feature which you can't use.

I've been out of the PC building section for well over a year. Im not in a position to offer up advice for a while.
