Anyone know why when I do the new method, the persistent rank data is always restored even after going online and getting a kill.

Try deranking them then applying the stats

using " reset stats " will be your best option, that way they're physically getting reset and it won't restore data

When I use the tool I cant connect to a game to get a kill, it always kicks me out, anyone know how to fix this?
