So yes, only once but i got my money back and it wasn't much.

if you call getting ratted and keylogged scammed, yeah i lost 1k$ in Runescape items back in 2012.

I never got my money back, was on Amazon too, mum never got her money back.

I have only been scammed once over the internet and it was for White Zombas on Rocket League just a few weeks ago.

Was trading 110 keys for the wheels. Tried using a middleman, but I didn't check into the MM and turns out he was buddy buddy with the guy I was trading with and once I gave the MM my keys, he quit the game and blocked me on Steam.

Oh well.

I've never been scammed because I rarely trade and stuff because I hesitate and do background checks on EVERYONE

Actually i got a story about how i got scammed, it wasn't a scam per say, it was more of trusting someone i knew for a while.

I had this old account on xbox 360 i randomly recovered back when people were usb modding their names to random stuff" zzirgrizz spongebob xbox buttons etc." and i lost the email, Year later i got it back and it was just sitting there with about 2 months of gold, my "Friend" asked to use it, so i gave it to him for the time being.
so i was into trickshotting at the time like any other 14 year old. And one of my friends got into a argument with him because his shot wasn't "good enough" and he dropped him from the six man.
so he lashed on me and called me out when i did nothing, he saw that my mother's credit card was on the account and went on a spending spree, spent over 500$ on games and dlc.

long story short, i got my money back, they fined him for fraud, his accounts were banned, and i got to keep all the dlc and leftover microsoft points.

Don't trust anyone, even if you've known them for years, it only takes money to make them part ways.

I got scammed by 30 kvs. I spent around $120-150 on them. I was mad hurt
