It was free so why are you complaining? You can't expect the best and get "hyped" when getting a free service... simple

I have to agree, if the service was free there is no obligation to redo your account, there is also no guarantee, that the outcome will be satisfactory or to a professional level, it would be different however if you paid for the service and the outcome you received wasn't of good nature, as that would be grounds to redo your account for you.

Don't get me wrong, I understand your frustration, as you were looking forward to it, I would suggest contacting a third party in an attempt to redo your account, instead of the original person, however, relating to my prior paragraph and all things considered there's no real downfall on the part of the initial service you have received.
