Have you purchased the correct key for your version of windows?
Is your computer connected to the internet
Have you tried restarting your computer
Do you have administrator privileges

Never encountered this problem myself but it looks the service handling key activation failed.
I know it sounds cliche but have you turned it off and on again?

Windows 10 Enterprise activation is handled differently from consumer versions.
What version of Windows did you install and and what version did you buy the key for? You can easily change the version by using the KMS client setup key for a different version.
You can find the KMS keys for all versions of Windows here: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
To enter a new key, go to Activation in settings and click "Change product key".
You're seeing that error because the Enterprise and Education versions of Windows typically use a company activation server to license the OS over a network.
