Hello, I am making a off-roading Organization and a fourm site. I am trying to figure out the best site to build a fourm with. Features I would like are site badges, lots of control over the website even if it requires alittle bit of coding. Give me some good referrals.

I use MyBB it's pretty neat! Other ones could be XenForo but I've personally never used XenForo.

Depends if you're on a budget. MyBB is a fantastic forum software and I've been using it and other ones for many years. MyBB is completely free and has many options to customize your forum.

Two other major pieces of software I like are IPB (Invision Power Board) and XenForo (my personal favourite) for its sleek design and easy customization options. However, these two are paid pieces of software,

I'd definitely recommend Xenforo if you have the money to fork out, but if not, MyBB is a good free alternative.

Yes i have plenty of money for a website builder. Im just needing the most professional site to build a fourm site. Also i would like to in the future have a shop on the website

If you're wanting to use a premium service, XenForo is good but it is expensive ($140/yr).

Mybb is my favorite to work with. Xen is also really good.
IPB is pretty cool but I'd rank last of these 3. Feel free to pm if you have any qiestions
