Looking into building a streaming PC to take the load off of the gaming PC while streaming and make things a bit "prettier" mu budget for the whole system atm is $400 but not entirely sure if that's enough for a good streaming PC; if anyone have any suggestions/tips I'd appreciate it <3

You can build something that will stream with this budget. The thing is, your internet speed and games you plan to run, you can build a entry system for $400.
Aesthetics? (can possibly squeeze in)
What games?
do you need a keyboard/mouse/headphones?

Wot? For streaming? Noooo. Also, that's $65 over budget anyway.
