For some reason when I try to do remote recoverys it saves stats sometimes but sometimes they wont stick is there a way to do it so it sticks everytime?

Go into a custom game, kill yourself. End the game, go back to main menu. Let them connect.

Doesn't matter, just spoof your tag back to your main Gamertag.

What I do is reset stats, do the recovery, go into custom games, kill myself a few times, then I leave the game and sign out. That's how I do it.
