So i have just broken up with my girlfriend, and i have stickers on my car to promote a business ok.
I was working and my car was parked in the car park, when i was working my ex has come up to my car and peeled half the stickers off.
she has said it was her when i said im going to contact the police, and work because she works at the same place.
then she was saying how she was going to put better stickers on there and replace them.
right now i know this is only stickers but they cost a bit to put on and they are to promote my business not to mention her touching my car when im at work.
If i get work the look at her doing it on the CCTV will they sack her or anything because she said it was her? i have the messages

She peeled stickers off your car dude..
She did not vandalize or destroy your property.
If you contact the police about this they will literally write a report and that's it and chances are they will laugh, at least i would if i responded to this call.
Just grow up, be the better person and get a new sticker.

Okay but here is the thing.
Are we talking a sticker the size of a tennis ball or a sticker that covers your entire back windshield?
As for the sticker marks, get turpentine and put some on a cloth and rub it on the sticker marks(ONLY IF IT'S ON THE WINDOWS)
If the stickers are on the paint, spray windex on it and let it sit, then get a hot towel and rub it. It comes right off.

PMSL wroteThe one on the back windshield you can probably get her to cover it but as for the others, they won't really do anything.Glock- wrotePMSL wroteGlock- wroteShe peeled stickers off your car dude..

Take it from me bud, i work for a Sheriffs Department.
I would suggest contacting her and letting her know you want her to pay for a replacement or give you the money for one otherwise you will file a police report against her.

PMSL wroteIt depends all on the value of the item that was stolen for the police to investigate if it's worth $10 i doubt they are going to do anything if it is $300 or more depending on the state you live in then that's grand theft, technically speaking.Glock- wrotePMSL wroteGlock- wroteShe peeled stickers off your car dude..

But she didn't steal it, it was destroyed so the item wasn't stolen.
It could be considered vandalism.

IPv6 wroteGrand Larceny in Texas is 500$ but yeah, it can vary from state but most states are $500 with the exception of about 5 or 6 states having an amount of 250$ or 1000$Glock- wroteNo the amount vary's state to state.IPv6 wroteGrand Larceny is the term and that is if a theft is valued over 500$.PMSL wroteIt depends all on the value of the item that was stolen for the police to investigate if it's worth $10 i doubt they are going to do anything if it is $300 or more depending on the state you live in then that's grand theft, technically speaking.Glock- wrotePMSL wroteGlock- wroteShe peeled stickers off your car dude..
