GTA V DLC Help Please

Hey guys, I have been having this issue for a few days now and can't find an answer or a way to fix it.
I installed GTA V on my rgh and everything works fine. I installed a menu and everything is fine, but when I use XM360 to unlock the DLC, it doesn't unlock even though the padlock is unlocked.
Any tips on how to "fix" it or get the dlc files working?
