Some cops will do something, others won't. if you're in a highly populated area with a bunch of crap going on, I doubt anything will happen. if it's a small town were there's not a lot for police to respond to, they might look into it.

Past that you could go 1 step above and sue her. It would be property damage as well as financial damage to the company since it isn't being promoted by her doing. The court process will likely cost more than you'll get, it just depends if you want revenge or not.
