I need a $1000 Gaming build that will run PUBG and record.

It could go over budget but not much.

Do you need a keyboard and mouse? Or anything else(headset, speakers, etc)?
Do you need a monitor? If not, what monitor(s) are you using?
Will you overclock?
What will you be using the system for?
Any preferred aesthetic(colour scheme, side panel window, LEDs, etc)?

All USD.. Monitor Benq (XL2430T) don't need a mouse, keyboard, speakers or headset. Would prefer black case.
