Did you test the connection when you added the kv? Because when I changed the kv on teapot and other servers, I had to test the connection a few times and it connected to the unbanned kv

I have no problems with KV's and I use Teapot, I just patch the KV then flash it to my nand in two minutes, always works

I haven't had problems like that with teapot, like he said testing xbox live connection fixes that but usually teapot detects the kv and spoofs it and the mac aswell

do you add the cpu file you get with the kv too? Because you're only meant to add the KV.bin, I think when you add the cpu file from the KV folder the server is perhaps reading that cpu key and as teapot is authenticated that could be why it doesnt read it or let you refresh the kv.
Could be wrong

when you put a kv on, you should shut off Xbox and unplug power brick for 10+ seconds.

You said you put in "cpukey.txt" in... Dont put it in as a .txt file..
You need to : Open cpukey.txt > Click file & save as > change the name to cpukey.bin > change file type to all files > click save.
Then put the "cpukey.bin" on your HDD along with KV.bin
And clear cache and all that jazz
