I need to know the order of setting up a stock RGH. For example, Installing the apps XeX, Dashlaunch, and Freestyle. I need to know what comes first to last, including stealth servers and whatever else is needed to mod.

XeX Menu will usually come with the RGH along will Xell Reloaded, You'll need Dashlaunch 3.18 to set plugins unless you plan to do it all manually on your PC by editing your launch.ini.
You'll need to download xbox360 Neighborhood on your PC and set your rgh as the default console if you want to use tools. Freestyle dash is a optional one as I just use it to extract games to my HDD but you may find more use of it then I do. For dashlaunch you'll want to set your plugins like this,
Set your plugins to the following,
1- xbdm.xex
2- Stealth Server
3- RPC.xex
4- JRPC2.xex
5- Your choice.
It will be easier to explain to you what you definitely and what is a maybe when you actually have the console. But this is some of the basic stuff.
