Okay I don't know if this is in the right forum or not but if it isn't then I will delete it.
Okay so I'm buying a GTA modded account for Xbox one but people are telling me that you can not have a Xbox one modded account anymore it doesn't work they are saying that it can't be done. but the guy I'm buying the account from say it can be done and he had done it many times before without the transfer.
How do I know if he's telling the truth and I'm not getting scammed please help

You cant mod any accounts to next gen any more
but if it got transfer befor the transfer patch the account should work!

If the account was previously transferred to Xbox One before they stopped allowing next-gen transfers then it will work., if he's saying he will mod an account on 360, give you the info and you can transfer then no it will not work since you can't transfer to next gen anymore.
