could it be because of me having 2 wifi on 1 router? i mean like 2 connections? like 2.4ghz and 5ghz

No because I have 2 wifis. Ones a 2.4ghz and the other is 5ghz. They have to be on the same one though. Like the Xbox gotta be on 2.4ghz same with the computer

No because I have 2 wifis. Ones a 2.4ghz and the other is 5ghz. They have to be on the same one though. Like the Xbox gotta be on 2.4ghz same with the computer

You might need to bridge wifi connections in network settings on your computer
