I don't think any seller would send their product before receiving full payment, Make sure to pay in paypal good's and services that way if anything goes wrong when buying you can get your money back.

No reputable seller would send their console first without taking payment before hand.

If you're looking for someone on here to sell you a console, they won't preload the HDD with the games either.
