Is there anyway to bypass the transfer of saves from downloading from this website to moving to my PS4? I'm giving a message cannot download another users save!?

PSN users have the option to use Saved Data in Online Storage to manage online storage.

I don't think that is what is meant.

This site has PS4 gamesaves but with no instructions on how to get your PS4 to read them.

You need to buy a program like Save Wizard for PS4 MAX,
