So I go to play games like witcher 3 or even PUBG with highest graphic settings set and I get on and off fps count below 60, which is annoying knowing I have a decent pc as well as choppy gameplay. Any idea?

Provide the resolution you're playing on we're not wizards, you could be playing at 200p or 4k who knows, but in order to help need to know the resolution

What drive are your games on?
You shouldn't be seeing major drops from a 1060 at 1080p. Are you throttling from temps?

No he mean like c drive & etc
Unless he meant driver then you would be looking for something like 376. Or whatever the current driver is

It could be something as simple as reallocating ram. When I used to play mc I had all my ram going to everything but mc so I was only getting like 25 frames. When I adjusted it, it was fixed instantly and I had the regular 150 frames without optifine. With optifine I was near 500
