I'm a complete PC noob and was hoping someone could help in building me a Gaming PC build.
My budget would be around £350-400 with an operating system not needed in the build.
A keyboard and mouse wouldn't be needed either.
I'd be planning on upgrading some parts in the future.

Just come when you have the full budget, as you can likely get a decent system for the price sometime soon when intel/amds new hardware fully drops.
