Might as well get a tattoo that says "I asked a gaming forum what tattoo I should get".
People know my stance on tattoos and I try not to rain on the parade, but come on. You're spending real money and time on something that's permanent and you're asking a forum full of kids what they think would be cool? I don't know about you but when I was 6 I would've gotten a sleeve of Yu-Gi-Oh and would be regretting it now lol.
All in all get something that has meaning to you, not what a gaming forum thinks is cool.

002 wrote Might as well get a tattoo that says "I asked a gaming forum what tattoo I should get".I have stuff already that's meaningful to me. I wasn't looking for a final piece to go straight to my artist and say "This one, i want what this reply said". I wanted "Idea's" so it gave me a starting point to build off.

I'm all for tattoos bro as I have a few myself and am getting set-up for a sleeve but if you're asking someone else to give you suggestions for a tattoo other than the artist who's going to do yours, than you're not ready for another tattoo.

Have you had a look at any geometric designs?
Geometric designs combined with figurative art with a realistic design look great in my opinion.
It contrasts nature with technology, or emotion with logic, or nature with nurture.
Take your pick and choose the design to reflect it.
Not that it has to have any meaning at all, like you've said.

Why does everybody think every tattoo a person gets had to mean something to them like a memory of a passed love one or a date to remember... some people get tattoos because they enjoy art and they enjoy the look of the art form. It's not all about remembering things from the past. Everyone's so old school it's terrible haha.
What kinds of things are you into? What's your other tattoo of? And where are you getting it?
