Every time I try and send money I keep getting this error saying 'We cant send your payment at the moment. If you keep running into this issue, please contact PayPal.' Been doing this for 3 days, contacted paypal no response. I have way more than enough money in my account and I've added dollars and pounds as a currency so I don't know why I can't send money to people in the USA.

I can only buy things using invoices I can't even add money to my account and send it

I don't know if it's PayPal or something else

It could be because of numerous different reasons. Your best bet is to keep trying to contact them. Keep trying to give them a ring

It could be the sender PayPal Account, their account may of not been verified yet? If there is no issue with the sender account, sometimes the system will not make the payment for security reasons which PayPal don't really disclose why but the only thing is to try again later.

I do have a lot of money on hold but I have money available too so don't see why it wouldn't work, the other users paypal is fine too

Your account is most likely about to get limited. Having a lot of money in PP is a dangerous game to play. Call Paypal. They have the option to put your number down and have them call you back within a few minutes. Do that and stay on the line with the paypal rep until they fix your problem. I hate Paypal for this exact reason. They lock your money up and don't give you the means to free it without a giant hassle. This has happened to me more times than I can count on almost all of my paypal accounts. Good luck.

When you send it are you losing money? With some things I do it says error and what not but ends up being fine like, I ordered a mic the other day and it was saying things like "Try again" or whatever but it's on its way
