So, you've already bought the RAM, HDD, and case? The RAM really isn't worth using since your best bet is a Ryzen 5 CPU IMO, which requires DDR4 RAM anyway.

Fully modular, similar quality, but less wattage. That said, 550W is MORE than enough for a GTX 1070.
If you want to save some money, get an R5 1400 instead of the 1600, or get 8GB DDR4 RAM instead of 16GB, Make sure to get 3000/3200MHz RAM if you can, since Ryzen likes fast RAM.
