The real reason hate crimes have risen is because of the liberals protesting trump. Not saying by any means that all liberals do it, but enough do it that it can be a problem. And Donald trump is not racist towards Mexicans or muslims. Donald trump specifically states that ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS are the ones coming over and raping people, stealing jobs. And muslims. I have a lot of great Muslim friends. They're awesome people. But say 1% of muslims are extremists. If we let 100,000 muslims in a year, we have 1,000 possible terrorists in our country. I think with all that's happening in the Middle East and with terror strikes occurring worldwide, trumps idea for a filter and the travel ban (which keep in mind was obamas list) of Muslim people and countries isn't such a "racist and discriminatory" idea.

So here in Germany Racism is an big topic.
When I see some posts on Facebook where Refugees get bullet by "native" Germans, I'm ashamed of this German people.

The most Racism People here in Germany are very dumb, they have the lowest school education. They didn't know how does it feel when your home is a war zone and you need a save home and work.

The Racism People think that the Refugees take all the work. So that the Racism haven't any work. This imagination is absurd for me.

This people are often to lazy to go to work and they are get "Social State Help". They get money to life. (Food, Apartment, Medicals, etc.) The most people who get this help, are getting more Money as some People which work.

It's going backwards for our generation. I feel like the media and social media really help make it feel like it's going back, but in reality, it will never be as bad.

What makes me feel like it's going back in the Philando Castile case. A man shot and killed for LEGALLY CARRYING a gun, and the NRA hasn't said a word(cause he's black).
Seeing a huge organization just remain quiet, something they would NEVER, NEVER do for a white man. This is EVERYTHING that organization prides itself on.

The officer tells him to not reach for the weapon and you can see through the back windshield him leaning up and reaching in a different video with the clarity enhanced. The officer fired 7 shots.

Anyone who legally conceal carries knows when you are stopped NEVER to reach for your weapon and always have your hands on the wheel.

I work in Texas where almost half the state conceal carries a firearm. I have stopped people in the past who were armed and never had a problem, that's because one one is dumb enough to reach for a weapon while an officer stands over them.

There is an old saying, play stupid games win stupid prizes.

Now while there have been shootings where the officer was in the total wrong and it was murder. This is not the case here..

Yeah seeing it from that POV tells a different story. Still is the shoot to kill really necessary? Could've shot to disarm.
