A picture of your sleeve right now would help so we can narrow it down to what would fit with the sleeve and what wouldnt

I would recommend "don't hire me" as you already have visible explicit tattoos...

tattoos are amazing and can be easily hidden so the banter about them is a waste of time....

but I would recommend something greek mythology to go with the lion and the crown.

like zeus or poseidon next to the lion?

are you aware that it's 2017, don't get me wrong older generation like my parents and grandparents aren't a fan of tattoos but I've got my forearm done and worked in many care companies and not once have I been turned down by a job. Simple fact tattoos are getting more and more acceptable

I have a half sleeve and a full sleeve 75% done, it's about having explicit tattoos, not tattoos in general.

He said it's his upper arm. He can wear t-shirts and still have it covered, that's not exactly visible in a lot of professions.
Unless he's going for a job which requires him to wear no top or sleeveless tops he's fine
