When I do enable xmp profile I do see the voltage change from 1.20V to 1.35V but as you can see in the pic it shows it at 1.380V

the reason for seeing the DDR at the speeds of the default speed is due to my system idling thus the reason it won't show 2,949mhz.
This isn't true. They would be getting confused with the CPU. The RAM isn't a dynamic clock and willl stay at a static speed. Else, your system becomes unstable and will just freeze up // bluescreen.

CPUZ says your running at 1463.2Mhz which if you x by 2, you get 2926Mhz which is fine.

I see in that BIOS picture that your BCLK is changed. I didn't think you could change your BCLK. Did you change that manually? [Possibly XMP changed it??] News to me.

Double check that your system is stable in terms of RAM.

In terms of voltage, I don't see that being an issue.

Xmp profile did that, is that a bad thing? How would I check to see if my system is stable? (Sorry I'm a noob) to me everything seems to be running fine but if there's a test that I can run tell me how I can go about testing my PC.

This is what I see in the gigabyte app
I was told that seeing the DDR like that means that it's idling which is kinda weird to me cause I would've thought it'd be showing the 2,949mhz I saw it running at in bios

1.38v is fine for DDR4. Especially since you have a pretty good motherboard.

Stock cooler that comes with the 1500x is decent and is definitely capable of running the 1500x overclocked. You might be able to get better performance/temperatures with a good $40-50 but the stock cooler will be fine if you cant, or don't want to buy an aftermarket cooler.
