What is he new GTA menu that deranks players and has a lot of things to do in menu?

if you drop rp with semjases mod menu it set people to lvl 1

thats weird i bought that menu just there, is there anymore that can derank and rank people up

No menu has a "derank" feature otherwise loads of people would be using the mod menu.
It on Rockstar side, Rockstar stopped people allowing peple to rank people up so it deranks them instead. It's weird I know...
